This place desperately needs a deep clean and better management of noise control.

Friendly Staff but Lacked Cleanliness

I recently spent two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and while the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness was a letdown. There were stains on the towels, and I noticed that the bathroom was not properly tidied up during my stay. The staff were nice and accommodating, which I appreciated, but improvements in room cleanliness and attention to detail would make a big difference.

quality inn had a perfect location for us, really close to restaurants and shops. the beds were super comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. plus, the staff was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. we definitely appreciated that.

However, the check-in staff were nice and the location was easy to find, conveniently located off the freeway without disruptive traffic noise. It’s unfortunate that the room had such serious maintenance issues that overshadowed the positives.
